当大卫遇到米其林二星主厨

这个月，大卫工作室迎来了又一位大牌客人

——米其林二星餐厅大师屋。

大师屋由香港厨神郑锦富先生创立，

郑锦富先生2009年荣获香港隐世厨神状。

由郑锦富先生主理的名人坊餐厅在2014年摘下米其林二星。

郑锦富先生他厨艺精堪，

除了保留传统粤菜的精髓，

亦致力研发新菜式，

即使是家常小菜也会花尽心思，

迎合不同顾客的需要。

今年，郑锦富先生在北京开设新餐厅大师屋。

邀请大卫团队为其拍摄菜品宣传片。

大卫是京城摄影圈著名吃货，

大师屋邀请大卫，

除了大卫团队过硬的技术以外，

也相信大卫出于对美食的喜爱，

会用镜头表达出对玉盘珍馐独特的理解。

和人物拍摄不同，

菜品并不存在表现力和张力不够以致影响拍摄的情况，

但倘若你以为菜品好拍，那可错了。

尽管如今拍照APP层出不穷，

可真想把食品拍的精彩，

绝不是多咔几张，

用滤镜修修色便能呈现出来的。

食物往往只在烹饪好的时刻才能达到完美状态，

这一状态只有几分钟，

甚至几秒钟，

大卫要先和厨师沟通，

了解菜品，加以想象和雕琢，

在菜品出锅的几分钟之内完成布光、布景和拍摄，

将食物的色、香、味完美的记录下来。

大师屋，“屋”如其名，大师云集。

餐厅集合了全球各地最好最新鲜的食材，

后厨是配备了二十多位大师的团队出品，

连服务也都是出自香格里拉集团麾下人员，

无论从菜品研发、口味和服务把控上

都实属精良品质。

在大师屋工作的一天，

Recently, Dave and his team had the opportunityto photograph Chef Zheng Jinfu’s food at the restaurant, Master House. Chef Zheng is known worldwide for his cuisine and has been rewarded two Michelin stars. Chef Zheng’s Hong Kong inspired dishes are truly delicious. He uses fresh ingredients from all over the world, and the freshness is tasted in every dish.

Dave’s love for food is seen in his photographs, he knows the perfect angles and lighting to highlight each dish.

Photographing food is different than photographing people, which poses different challenges to the photographer. The photographs must be captured within the first few minutes that the food comes out in order to capture the deliciousness of the dish. Dave and his team must work quickly in these short few minutes to find the best angle and bestlight to photograph the food. In order to know each dish well, Dave talks tothe Chef and uses his own imagination and creativity to make the dish shine in every photo.
