作为本次的比赛现场小记者，
不难看出这是一个对运动充满热爱的小少年，
整个采访中我们了解到飞扬对志愿工作
显示出的耐心和毅力!
采访过程中，他被拒绝过，
但是他告诉我们他一点都不会觉得沮丧，
职责所使，让他勇敢的迈出了第一步！
很欣慰他成长！
也期待他会遇到更多的挫折和困难，
继续发挥他的实力！
作者介绍 Introduction to the author
成飞扬，来自包玉刚实验学校8年级。是一个热爱体育运动，热心社会服务的人。此次担任上海市冰球协会的志愿者记者也使他一大梦想得到了实现。有少部分球员和家长拒绝了采访，他受挫之余，也深深理解他们。对于接受采访的15个家庭，他由衷地感谢和祝福！
Andy Cheng. An 8th grader at YK Pao School. Who loves sports and isenthusiastic for social service. One of his dreams is fulfilled by the volunteer journalist job offered by the Shanghai Skating Association. Some families refused his request, which made him a bit sad, but he could understand them.For the 15 families that allowed the interview, he sincerely thanks them and wishes them a happy new year!
12月30日至1月1日，在这辞旧迎新的假日里，在上海市大学生体育中心，补给者迎春杯冰球公开赛正在激烈地进行。
From12/31 to 1/1, at the stadium, an ice hockey competition happened.
这几天里，每一天的清晨，当人们还在酣睡之时，参赛队员和家长们、教练们、裁判们都精神抖擞来到了上海市大学生体育中心，准备参赛。
On those several days, when most people are sleeping, all the players and parents,coaches, referees are arriving at the stadium and were ready to play.
他笔的队员们
我这个记者还没进入状态，球员们却早已拖着重重的装备，到了更衣室开始更衣了。
The players had already dragged their ice hockey kits with them and started to change their clothes.
我很想采访几名队员，可惜他们必须马上投入战斗状态。看，几分钟后，他们便已开始酣战。
I wanted to interview some ofthe players. However, they need to be ready to play. Look, they are now fighting hard to win!
关于家长 The Families
对于每一个冰球家庭，我都会问：为什么会选择冰球？冰球对于孩子的成长有什么帮助？孩子有遇到过挫折吗？他会坚持下去吗？最后会将冰球作为兴趣爱好还是职业来发展？我期待着每个家庭有不同的答案，但出乎我意料的是，每个家庭的回答都是相似的。家长们都说孩子喜欢冰球，他们才支持。冰球可以增强孩子的体魄、团队合作精神与沟通能力。尽管孩子一开始练的时候会遇到不少挫折，但是孩子还是会坚持下去。但是冰球则会作为兴趣爱好来发展，和朋友打打球即可。祝福这些有热情、有坚持、有梦想的家庭！
For all the families, I ask the following questions: Why does your kid play icehockey? Is there any help on your kids’ growth? Are there any setbacks? Will he keep playing ice hockey? Will your kid be professional player or a normal player?
I hoped there are going to be a large variety of answers, however, the 15 families I interviewed had similar answers – Since their kids like ice hockey, the parents then supported their kids. Ice hockey can improve kids’ fitness, team work and communication skills.At first, there are a lot of setbacks. But they will still keep playing icehockey. Plus, ice hockey will only be one of their habits. Let us all wish those enthusiastic, determined families!
裁判兄弟连 The referee brothers
在我去采访裁判时，我惊喜地发现，知乎大神、包校风云人物Tom和他弟弟，Jerry就是本次赛事的边裁！因此，我对Tom周星龙和Jerry周星家两兄弟很是佩服。我也顺势了解了他们是如何走上裁判之路的，他们自小便开始练习冰球，并参加过无数比赛，有丰富的冰上经验，且熟谙规则，于是他们成功地开始了他们的裁判生涯。让我们祝福他们在学业和运动方面都不断精进！
During the interview, Iaccidentally met Zhi Hu star Tom (from YK Pao) and his brother, Jerry, who is a side referee. I then respected Tom and Jerry a lot after our discussion. From the discussion, I knew that since they had been playing ice hockey since youth,and had played a lot of games, they are experienced and are familiar with the rules, so they started to be referees. And let us all wish them had improvements both on academics and ice hockey!
